1:1 Coaching offers fully personalised support tailored to your child’s unique goals and challenges. It’s ideal for those needing deep, individualised attention.

Group Coaching brings together small groups (up to 6) to grow through shared experience, reflection, and peer support — building connection alongside confidence.

Both options follow the same powerful coaching process.
Group coaching is also a more affordable option, while still offering meaningful transformation.
