Transformational Coaching for children and teens
Helping your child grow in confidence, emotional steadiness and self-belief.
Every child deserves to feel capable, grounded and secure in who they are. Childhood has always brought challenges, but the pressures young people face today — social comparison, constant stimulation and the pace of modern life — are on a different scale. Children now grow up without many of the natural supports that once helped them develop confidence and emotional steadiness so they need access to tools that have traditionally been used by only a small fraction of the population. Coaching provides these tools. It strengthens identity, builds emotional mastery and develops the kind of inner leadership that helps your child stay centred in a noisy world and move into their future with confidence.
What Coaching Gives your Child
Coaching gives your child more than understanding — it gives them the inner tools to shape who they become. The work we do together builds a strong internal foundation that transforms how they think, feel and act in their daily lives.
Identity & Belief
Your child begins by discovering who they are and what they value. They learn how their values shape their behaviour and experience, and how limiting beliefs quietly influence their confidence. Through our work, they learn to dismantle unhelpful beliefs and replace them with stronger ones rooted in identity and truth. This gives them a clearer sense of self and greater control over the direction they take.
Emotional Mastery
Rather than simply “managing” emotions, your child learns how to lead them. They practise choosing how they want to show up, preparing their emotional state ahead of challenges and reducing the triggers that cause overwhelm. This creates emotional steadiness and helps them respond with intention rather than react on autopilot.
Discernment & Self-Leadership
As confidence grows, they learn how to make decisions from their values rather than pressure or comparison. They gain clarity about trends, influences and peer dynamics, helping them choose what is right for them and stand steadier in who they are. This is where self-leadership begins to take root.
Growth & Direction
As these foundations strengthen, you begin to see a calmer, more confident way of responding to challenges. Your child starts to act with more intention, more self-agency and the early signs of direction. Growth becomes a natural result of the inner work — not something forced or rushed.
How Coaching Works
Coaching gives your child a structured, supportive journey that strengthens who they are from the inside out. It is steady work — grounded, warm and practical — designed to help them grow in ways that last.
Feeling grounded and secure
Your child begins by building a clearer sense of themselves — understanding their thoughts, values and inner patterns, so they can feel more settled, confident and in control.
Handling emotions with confidence
They learn to lead their emotions rather than be led by them. This means understanding what they feel, preparing themselves for challenges and stepping out of overwhelm with greater ease.
Standing strong in who they are
Your child becomes more discerning and self-led, learning to trust their own judgement instead of being pulled by pressure, trends or comparison. This is where genuine confidence begins to take root.
Stepping into their future with clarity
As their inner world becomes stronger, your child naturally starts to make choices with more intention. You’ll see early signs of direction, motivation and a sense of who they want to become.
This is not a quick fix. It’s a thoughtful, layered journey that helps your child grow into someone steady, capable and self-led — not just now, but for the future they’re stepping into.
What Sessions are like
Coaching sessions are warm, structured and practical. They blend reflection, activities and gentle challenges with mindset tools that help your child grow in real, lasting ways. Some sessions are more playful; others are calmer and more reflective — the rhythm adapts to your child so they stay engaged, regulated and confident throughout.
This work is non-clinical and forward-focused; it doesn’t provide diagnoses or clinical treatment, but helps your child build inner tools, emotional steadiness and a stronger sense of who they are.
Every session combines body tasks (movement, hands-on activities or challenges) and brain tasks (conversation, reframing, emotional tools, visualisations and practical strategies). Your child leaves each session feeling understood, capable and equipped with something they can use straight away.
In-person and online sessions
Both formats follow the same approach and are equally effective.
In-person sessions tend to include more movement, playful tasks and hands-on exercises that suit children who enjoy physical engagement.
Online sessions use visual prompts, screen-shared tools and reflective activities, and often feel calmer and more private — ideal for children who feel safer opening up from home.
Coaching Structure
Weekly sessions (online or in person)
One dedicated coaching session each week. Every session is paced to your child — sometimes playful, sometimes reflective — with a clear focus on helping them understand themselves, strengthen their emotional skills and grow in confidence.
Monthly parent review conversation
Once a month, we meet briefly to reflect on your child’s progress, align on what you’re seeing at home and plan the next steps together. This ensures the work is consistent, supported and reinforced where it matters most.
Between-session guidance
After sessions, you’ll receive simple ways to support your child in everyday life. These aren’t worksheets or assignments — just practical reminders or questions that help the learning settle and feel natural.
Personalised session planning
No two children follow the same path. Each session is shaped around your child’s temperament, development and the areas where they most need support. The structure is steady; the application is personal.
Access to selected digital resources
You’ll receive complimentary access to specific supporting digital resources chosen to strengthen what your child is working on — purposeful additions, not generic extras.
Free and discounted access to webinars
You will receive complimentary access to my next parent webinar, plus discounted access to future webinars while you are actively working with me.
Investment
Supporting a child’s growth takes consistency, space and the right kind of guidance. Coaching is most effective when your child has time to practise new tools, reflect between sessions and build confidence in real situations — not just in isolated moments. This is why the programme is structured steadily over time, giving your child the most meaningful chance to grow.
Programme Fee
Coaching is a high-support, high-intention process. To give each child the depth and attention they deserve, I work closely with a small number of families at a time.
The programme fee is:
£500 per month
(approximately four weekly sessions)
or
£1,400 for the full first three months
(paid in full — a reduced rate)
This initial 12-week period provides the foundation most children need to begin making steady, lasting changes in confidence, emotional maturity and self-leadership.
At the end of the first 12 weeks, we review your child’s progress together. Some families feel complete at this stage; others choose to continue month-to-month at £500 per month if further coaching would be supportive.
There is no obligation to continue — just a shared commitment to doing what is best for your child.
